Designed to mirror modern control platforms such as tablets, IOS and Android devices the graphically driven interface is easy to understand and navigate for less experienced users.
FCV provides the operator with an at-a-glance view of the machine status, whilst function icons are instantly recognisable and easy to manipulate in real time without interrupting the current cycle.
Multi-lingual capability and a help prompt provides function descriptions in the operator’s native language. A 40 pre-set memory allows operators to name, store and recall each project with all timings and values.
Operators can rapidly adapt heater profiles by defining a set point within 1% increments and then tapping and grouping each element on the screen. A high performance option offers ultrafine zone control with full feedback.
Optional advanced functions such as remote monitoring and password activation are available as required.
